Troubleshooting

If you have any problem with your device, please refer to the information below.
1.
If the device doesn't flash, make sure that the power supply is in plugged properly in to the handset and the electrical
outlet
2.
Make sure that the flash window is in full contact with the skin. The flash button will only activate if the contact sensor
within the flash window is fully covered.
3.
The handset will need a moment between flashes and when changing intensity levels. Allow 1 - 3 seconds between
flashes.
4.
If the treatment head feels overly warm, confirm that Snow Balls™ Ice Cooling Technology has been selected on.
5.
It is normal to have a slight smell of burning hair during your treatment. This is The Fuzz Gun 2.0 destroying your
unwanted body hair, and is the smell of impending smooth-induced happiness.
