3.Forcella a Y movimentazione asta – Y Fork for boom – Fork à Y pour lisse ( part. 6)
3-La forcella a Y (cod. LL448FK) è composta da : n.2 lamierati laterali(cod. LL448F1) e n.1 lamierato frontale( cod. LL448F2) da
montare a cura cliente con la bulloneria fornita a corredo.
Bloccare i 2 lamierati laterali(LL448F1) sulle 2 piastre motore(part.5) collegate al albero motrice oscillante(part.22).Bloccare il lamierato
forntale(LL448F2) sui 2 lamierati laterali. Attenzione : montare i lamierati con le piastre(part.5) in posizione verticale.Prima di montare
l'asta, portare le piastre in posizione orizzontale Per portare le piastre in posizione orizzontale : inserire la manovella per comando
manuale(par.2) nel albero part.3 e ruotare manualmente la manovella.
3-The Y fork( cod. LL448FK) is composed by : n.2 lateral arm( cod. LL448F1) and n.1 front arm( cod. LL448F2).
Lock the n.2 lateral arms (LL448F1)on the n.2 jams(part.5).Lock the front arm(LL448F2) on the two lateral arms : Warnig : set the amrs
on the two jams(part.5) in vertical position .Before assemble the boom on the Y fork , drive the handle for manual release(part.2) until
the Y fork is in orizzontal position
3-Le fork à Y pour la lisse est composèe par deux bras lateral( cod. LL448F1) et un bras frontal( cod.LL448F2).
Bloquer le 2 bras lateral(LL448F1) sur les n.2 etaux( part.5).Bloquer le bras frontal(LL448F2) sur le deux bras laterals. Attentiion :
Mponter les bras sur les deux etaux(part.5) en position verticale. Avant de monter la lisse sur la fork à Y il faut porter les 2 etaux en
position horizontale : Pour le faire, actionner la poignèe pour deverouillage(part.2)
4.Asta tonda a doppio diametro(85/80) – Tubolar boom twin diam.(85/80) – Lisse ronde double diam.( 85/80)
4-L'asta tonda a doppio diametro è composta da : n.1 tubo di alluminio diam.85 mm, n.1 tubo di alluminio diam.80 mm, n.1 kit bulloneria
per tubi d.85/80, n.1 kit fune metallica con funzione di tirante stabilizzatore/asta.
Procedura di montaggio :
4.1. Azionando la monovella per il coamndo maniale,portare la forcella a Y da posizione verticale a posizione orizzontale.
4.2. Montare il tubo d.85 sul lamierato frontale(LL448F2) della forcella a Y. Bloccare il tubo con n.2 viti inox M8x100 UNI5731
Attenzione ; orientare le 2 viti M8x100 con i dadi verso il basso.
4.3. Infilare il tubo d.80 per 500 mm dentro il tubo d.85 e bloccarlo con n.2 viti inox M8x100 UNI5731. Attenzione ; orientare le 2 viti
M8x100 con i dadi verso l'alto.
4.4. Posizionare il supporto anteriore per la fune metallica (LL416FA)sul tubo d.80, in battuta sul tubo d.85, e bloccarlo con le n.4 viti
3,5x9,5 Uni8118 in dotazione.
4.5. Posizionare il supporto centrale per la fune metallica sul tubo d.85 a 350 mm dalla sua fine.
4.6. Collegare un'estremità della fune metallica alla forcalla a Y utilizzando il tenditore a 2 occhi( preventivamente svitato
completamente).
4.7. Passare la fune sul supporto centrale e collegarla al supporto anteriore.
4.8. Tendere adeguatamente la fune con il tenditore a 2 occhi.
4.9 .Bloccare la vite del supporto centrale
4-The twin diameter boom is composed by : n.1 alloy pipe diam.85 mm, n.1 alloy pipe diam.80 mm, screws-kit for alloy pipes d.85/80,
iron cable stabilizer kit for boom .
Setting procedure :
4.1 .Use the handle for manule release to orient the Y fork vertical poisition to horizontal position.
4.2.Put the alloy pipe d.85 into the front arm(LL448F2) of the Y fork. Lock the pipe with n.2 inox screws M8x100 UNI5731( orienting the
screws whit nuts down).
4.3. Thread the tube d.80 to 500 mm into the tube d.85. Lock the pipe with n.2 inox screws M8x100 UNI5731( orienting the screws whit
nuts upwards).
4.4. Place the front support for the iron cabble (LL416FA)on the pipe d.80, against the tube d.85, and lock it with the 4 screws 3,5x9,5
Uni8118.
4.5. Place the central support for the iron cable on the pipe d.85 to 350 mm from its end.
4.6. Connect one end of the iron cable to the fork in Y using the tensioner 2 eyes (previously unscrewed).
4.7. Put the iron cable on the central support and connect it to the front support.
4.8.Tighten properly the iron cable with the tensioner 2 eyes
4.9. Lock the screw of the central support
4-La lisse ronde à double diametre est composèe par : n.1 tube en aluminium diam. 85 mm, n.1 tube en aluminium diam. 80 mm, n.1 kit
vis pour le tubes diam.85/85, n.1 kit fil en acier stabilizateur de la lisse.
Procédure de montage :
4.1.Utilisez la poignée pour deverouillage pour orienter le fork à Y en position horizontale.
4.2.Enfilez le tube d.85 sur le bras frontal de la fork a Y. Fixer le tube avec 2 vis inox M8x100 UNI5731.Orienter les 2 vis avec écrous
M8x100 bas.
4.3.Enfilez le tube d.80 pur 500 mm dans le tube d.85. Fixer le tube avec 2 vis inox M8x100 UNI5731.Orienter les 2 vis avec écrous
M8x100 en haut.
4.4. Placez le support avant pour le fil en acier(LL416FA) sur le tube d.80 e le bloquer contre le tube d.85 avec les 4 vis3,5x9,5
Uni8118. .
4.5. Placez et fixez le support central pour le fil en acier sur le tube d.85 de 350 mm à partir de son extrémité
4.6. Fixer une extrémité du fil en acier à la fork Y en utilisant le tendeur (précédemment dévissé).
4.7. Placez le fil en acier sur le support central et le connecter à le support avant.
4.8. Etendre correctement le fil en acier avec le tendeur 2 yeux
4.9. Bloquez la vis du support central.
