If your monitor cannot be operated rightly, the following methods can help you quickly. If you still cannot settle the problems, you should contact with
dealers.
Without picture
Whether power and signal lines are connected or not
Whether monitor is in the state of electricity saving or not
Contrast and brightness control
Picture is rolling or unstable
Whether signal line is completely connected with monitor or not
Check whether the layout of signal stitch is right or not
Shape of picture is not right
Reselect video mode
Adjust picture with OSD control key

Prevention——
In order to protect eyes, please don't use monitor in light background, i.e. sunshine or other light sources shine on the display directly.
Do not put the monitor near the heat source
Put it in the ventilation circumstance, and ensure vent of monitor doesn't be covered. Heat in the monitor can discharge normally
Ensure the monitor is far from high-capacity transformer, generator and other strong magnetic field
The monitor cannot be placed in humid, dusty or dirty place
Do not put metal into cabinet, which will generate permanent damage of monitor
Do not use monitor beyond specified temperature, humidity, or power.
Shortage of color
Whether there is magnetic field or not
Whether the layout of signal stitch is right or not
Whether the signal cable is connected rightly
Picture is too large or too small
Adjust picture with OSD control key
It cannot be plugged immediately
Whether computer is matched with plug or not
Whether display card is matched with plug or not
Whether 15 pin type-D joint of signal cable is bend or not
Whether the driver of monitor is installed or not
