Wiring
This is the most common wiring method used.
Regardless of the wiring routes used, this drawing shows the wiring necessary for a
UL555S damper and actuator. Use it as a basis for any of the other wiring schematics.
Note that the alarm connections are not touched when replacing an actuator. This is a
major concern for Fire Marshals.
Fusible link DAMPER ACTUATOR WIRING
In some rare cases fusible links
may have been used. In those
cases the wiring for the actuator
will be similar to this.
Note that where any fire alarm wiring is touched, the
