Start the operator and move the pivot "P" axle up 680 mm
from the back axle of the pivot "P1" (fig. 3).
Decide the maximum opening of the leaf, from 90° to 110°,
and consult the table (fig. 3).
Decide the vertical position you want to install the
operator.
Make sure that the operator is perfectly horizontal and
weld temporary the support "S1" to the column of the
gate, in the position as per table in fig. 3, and the support
"S2" to the leaf with gate close. (Fig. 4).
If the column is not in iron material, weld the support "S1"

mechanical stoppers

Before fixing the mechanical stoppers, be sure that main
power supply is cut off. Then, put the operator in emergency
manual position.
Put the first part of the stopper "F1" with the bolt in the
internal part of the operator (pic.6) and assemble it with the
other part of the stopper "F2" by the supplied screw. Open
or close the gate completely until you reach the end of its
movement and lean the assembled stopper at the bracket
(pic. 7). Now fix tight the screw. Do the same to assemble
the other stopper on the opposite side.
At the end, check with a manually opening – closing if the
stoppers have been fixed in the right position and in a
proper way.
emergency or manual manoeuVre
You have to do the emergency or manual manoeuvre or
during the installation, or only if the automation does not
work properly or if there is not power supply.
Cut off the power supply.
For the version with lock, move the lock top LS (pic. 8) and
release the system using the supplied key CH and lift up
the handle LS1. For the version without lock, just lift up the
handle LS1.
Insert the special key CH1 (pic. 8) and turn it clockwise
for 90°. Now the system is released. To re-put the system
working automatically, turn the key anticlockwise for 90°,
remove it and close the handle LS1. In case you have the
version with the lock in the handle, lock it. Keep the keys CH
and CH1 in a safe place, known by the people authorised to
release the system.
Switch on the power supply, pay attention that there's
nobody where the gate is moving.
