TONNEAU COVER FITTING INSTRUCTION

BASIC TOOLS REQUIRED

Rivet gun, Drill, 4mm Drill bit, Measuring tape, Silicon sealant, Anti-corrosive primer.

1. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Note: To prevent corrosion apply an anti-corrosive primer to all holes drilled

1. Place 1 piece of dowel into the center of the aluminium rope track.

2. Rest the aluminum rope track on top edge at the front of the tub and centralize. The 'C' channel

of the rope track needs to face the front of the car. Line up the back edge of the rope track with

the inside edge of the tub.

3. Using a 4mm drill bit, drill 3 holes evenly spaced through each of the aluminium rope tracks into

the top of tub. The first hole at each end should be 50mm from each edge of the aluminium rope

track.

4. Once all the holes have been drilled, remove the dowelling pieces. Squeeze silicon along the

back of the rope track and pop rivet into place.

5. To fit the bar brackets, measure 830mm back from the inside front edge at the top of the tub and

place them as shown in diagram A. (5mm from top edge of tub). Drill and rivet using two large

rivets for each Bar Bracket. Install the support bar according to the supplied instructions.

6. To fit the round body hooks measure 130 mm down from the top edge and line up each hook

individually to each bunji loop starting with the two either side of the tailgate handle and working

your way around to the front, drill and rivet buttons alternating from side to side.
