Front Pillow Block Installation
Start by disconnecting the end link from the sway bar arm. Remove the sway bar arms by
loosening the pinch bolt, and slide the arm off the bar. Using a 3/32 allen, loosen the set
screws on the centering rings. Slide the centering ring off the bar.
Using a press, press the bushings into the pillow block with the bushing shoulder towards
the outside of the vehicle.
Apply supplied grease to bushing and slide the pillow block down the sway bar with the
bushing shoulder towards the outside of the vehicle.
Using the factory bolts, torque the mounting bolts to 58 N-m (43 ft-lbs). Test the
movement of the sway bar.
You should be able to rotate the bar by hand with moderate force on the ends of the arms.
Reinstall the centering ring and tighten the 3/32 allen set screw.
