APPENDIX A - SAFETYDIRECT

SAFETYDIRECT

FUNCTION

When the SafetyDirect system function is enabled, the AutoVue

relevant driver and vehicle performance data via the LDW system and the J1939 CAN Bus. When a trigger event

occurs, vehicle data and, in some cases, video, is saved in the system for later download via the vehicle telematics

system.
