5. Change of wind direction: If you want
to change the direction of the wind,
switch o the unit, loosen the direction
changing bolt to adjust the direction of
the fan head and the bolt must be fully
tightened. It is not necessary to move the
base of the fan.
6. Upward and downward adjustment:
Switch o the unit fi rst, hold the head of
the fan, loosen the connecting bolt and
stopping bolt, adjust the fan to the desired
position and tighten the bolts fully.
7. Adjustment of the height of the head of
the stand type fan: Loosen the locking
bolt, adjust the fan head to the ideal
position and the locking must be fully
tightened. In order to avoid the fan
from falling o , hold the fan head when
loosening the locking bolt.
8. Select the desired speed using the rotary
control switch. Your fan is fi tted with a
3 speed control designed to give you
maximum fl exibility to meet all your air
circulation requirements. LOW (1) and
MED (2) can be used for the majority of
your needs. However when you require
maximum air movement, use the HIGH
(3) setting. "0" represents "OFF"
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Before each use, check the unit for damage
to ensure the body and cable are completely
sound.
CLEANING
1. Switch o and unplug from the
power supply before assembling or
disassembling and cleaning.
2. The blade and the grille should be
cleaned using mild detergent and a damp
cloth or sponge.
3. When you stop using the fan, clean the
fan, pack and store it in dry places. Be
careful not to damage the fan.
CAUTION: Do not use harsh detergents,
chemical cleaners or solvents as they may
damage the surface fi nish of the plastic
components.
SERVICE OR REPAIR
• For service or repair under warranty, the
fan should be returned to the place of
purchase or forwarded to the address
noted in the guarantee card.
• Do not operate any product with a
damaged cord or plug. If the supply cord
is damaged, it must be replaced by a
special cord assembly available from the
manufacturer or service agent. Return
the complete product to the place
of purchase for inspection, repair or
replacement.
• Store this unit in a clean dry environment.
