10. For shipping purposes, one wheel lock needs to be

repositioned. Loosen the nut on the brake assembly

mount just enough to turn the assembly upright using a

wrench.

11. Turn until the handle is upright as shown, move

forward to make room for the wheels and tighten snug.

This will be moved once the wheels are on.

12. Insert the pan hanger under the seat as shown.
