Issues
Hose Reel is not functioning properly
Hose does not retract completely
Hose does not extract or is difficult to extract
Hose does not retract when I press the Home button on
the Remote Control

Possible Solutions
Water pressure may be 80 psi or greater. If so, a water
•
regulator may be required.
Charge the Main Battery

Ensure the hose is not obstructed (stepped on, caught

on an object, etc.) AND
Ensure there are no foreign objects lodged inside the
•
Hose Reel AND
Completely extract the hose and attempt to retract
•
again OR
Charge the Main Battery
