Lively Enterprise Dashboard
The Lively Enterprise Dashboard is where Carers can access your Personal Information and information about your Devices. To provide this

Information from Lively Home: The Personal Information described in the section entitled "Lively Home" will be sent first to

our servers and then to the Lively Enterprise Dashboard, which will be accessible to your Carers' from the Carers' computer or
smartphone.
Name, date of birth, address, emergency contact details and contact details: Your Carers' Lively Enterprise Dashboard Account will

contain your name, date of birth, emergency contact details and contact details.
If you are a Carer, we may process:
Your name, date of birth, address, and contact details.

We may also collect information about your usage of our Site.
How do we use information collected from you?
As well as the obvious and direct uses of your Personal Information for the purposes noted above, your Personal Information may be

To provide your Carers with information about your activity, movement and fitness information at various points in time through

the Lively Enterprise Dashboard.
We may also process your Personal Information as part of our management of the Lively Enterprise Dashboard, for example to conduct
technical or operational support, or to ensure compliance with applicable law.
We may process your Personal Information to create anonymous data for use in the course of our business. Once anonymised, this data will
no longer identify you.
What direct marketing do you conduct?
We may contact you, or the people you select, in relation to offers on products and services that we believe will be of interest to
