BASE PORTION
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Install inside corner
connector (2) into
profile A (1). Attach
profiles B (1) and
C (1) to one side of
profile A using anchor
fasteners. Repeat
process for other side.

Attach profile D (1)
to profile B of each
side using inside
corner connectors.

profile F (2) using anchor fasteners. Drop panel
B (1) into profile B on each side.
Build the bottom of
the base next. Take
two profile G (2) and
connect them using

profile H (2). Space

them evenly and

connect using anchor
fasteners. Connect

profile G ends to profile B (2) and profile C (2)
using anchor fasteners.

Using a soft-faced
mallet, install top
door track into
bottom of profile E
and bottom door
track into top T-slot
of profile G. Drop
panel D (4) into door track and attach handles.
Finish by adding panel gasket and end caps.

Using profile E (1)
connect two sides
on profile C top side
using inside corner
connectors and
BHSCS bolts (2).
Take panel A (2)
and slide in open
T-slot of each
U-shape with panel
notches facing
anchor fastener
connections. Cap
off two sides with

Thread leveling
feet (4) into the
bottom of profile
B and profile C.
Flip unit over and
install panel C (1)
on bottom of base
resting it on inside
corner connectors.
