All customers who have purchased two or more MemCard

PROs (either directly from 8BitMods, or from a reseller) and

use them simultaneously on the same system, are kindly

advised to contact us at [email protected] for a

replacement, free of charge, due to an OLED display issue

that can cause it to stop working without warning.

Replaced cards, and cards sold and fulﬁlled by 8BitMods

after 10 July 2021 are not affected by this issue.

If you want to know if your card is affected by this issue,

you can send us your card's serial number / MAC address

via email, and we can conﬁrm for you.
