17. Flip leaf pack center pin bolt. Clamp leaf pack and with vise grip hold head of bolt. Refer to pic below.
18. Rear bump stops must be completely removed. Remove bump stop grommet and cut bump stop flush with
frame. NOTE:

Cut bump stop flush
