You will need:

Attach Chief Mount to Flat Panel

Attach Chief Upright Brackets to
back of flat panel.
Make sure Upright Brackets sit
in the middle of your flat panel.
Secure Upright Brackets using
supplied screws that come with
your Chief mount. Use the
appropriate slots based on your
flat panel.
