If you cannot hear the subwoofer, please examine the following:

Have you turned on the Power of the device?

Is the input sensitivity set to "mute"?

Is the volume output control set too low?

Is the cable joined with the power plug instead of with the input

terminals?

Is the device overheated? Wait until it has cooled down.

Is your system connected correctly? If any doubts exist, switch off the
devices. Connect a CD-player or a radio directly to the subwoofer-input.

First check to ensure that the volume levelof the subwoofer is turned
down. As soon as the devices are connected and switched on, slowly
increase the volume. If the subwoofer plays with this direct source
flawlessly, the error most likely lies elsewhere in your system.
Distortions
If the sound of the subwoofer sounds distorted or other problems have emerged,
please consult the dealer from whom the equipment was purchased.
Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the device itself.
Through any improper treatment of the subwoofer, the right to claim under
warranty will become invalidated.
You should retain your original purchase receipt as proof for right to claim
under warranty.
