Unlock / Lock Circuits used in vehicles:
Reversal Rest @ Ground - All wires are at a ground voltage until a switch is pressed, then the switched
wire only is +12v. (1993 - 1998 Crown Victoria)
Positive Pulse Circuits - All wires are at a neutral voltage until a switch is pressed, then the switched
wire becomes +12v. (1999 Crown Victoria & Chevy Caprice)
