10 Route the PCIII USB EX harness out of the
bottom of the air box. Reinstall the stock
grommet.
11 Unplug the stock harness from the Throttle
Position Sensor located on left hand side of
bike, behind the ignition coil.
12 Make a small cut in the TPS wire sheathing as
shown in Figure D.
13 Crimp the supplied wire tap to the
purple/white wire as shown in Figure E.
14 Attach the grey wire from the PCIII USB EX to
the wire tap as shown in Figure E.
Note: It is recommended to use dielectric
grease on these connections.
15 Route the PCIII USB EX from the tail section
towards the left hand side of bike. Route the
harness under any frame cross-members.
16 Attach the connectors as shown in Figure F.
The stock injector connectors have a yellow tag
around each end.
• The connector with a "V" attaches to the
PCIII USB EX connector with an orange
wire.
• The connector with an "O" attaches to the
PCIII USB EX connector with a yellow wire.
