NOTE: Make sure the compost shredder is not connected to the

mains when carrying out maintenance.

• Clean and maintain the compost shredder regularly for best results and useful

life.

• Keep the ventilation openings clean and unblocked.

• Never spray water on the compost shredder.

• Do not use detergents or solvents that can damage the plastic parts.

• Check that all screw connections are properly tightened at regular intervals.

• Apply or spray some oil on all unpainted metal surfaces to protect them from

corrosion.
