Start Charging
1) Uncoil the charging lead, gently remove the socket cap off the Type 2 (Mennekes)
plug. Insert plug into charging outlet. Ensure it is securely connected and not
loose.
2) Gently remove the socket cap off the Type 1 (J1772) plug, connect to your vehicle
inlet – during this process push the button on the handle to allow the clip to
easily seat into place, release the button. Ensure the plug is securely connected
and not loose.
NOTE: Do not force into place, if there are any obstructions take caution and remove
them before inserting the plug.

Stop Charging
1) Push the button on the handle and disconnect the Type 1
plug from the vehicle inlet.
2) Close the protective cap of vehicle inlet.
3) Place the protective cap onto the Type 1 (J1772) plug.
4) Disconnect the Type 2 plug from the charging outlet.
5) Place the protective cap onto the Type 2 plug.
6) Store your Charging cable.
