Trouble

The axles can't work when operating

the machine

The mixing bowl is out of position

Leaks oil

Difficult to move the bowl up and down

The motor is overheated and speed is

down

Noise and overheating

Mixer touches bowl

Mixer attachment stops

Possible Causes

Poor contact of the electrical

equipment

Moving direction is not correct

Sealing washer is damaged

Slideway is rusted

The voltage is not enough, or

incorrect speed

Poor lubrication

The mixing device or bowl de-

formed

Themal overloaded activated

Solution

Check the Plug

Change

Clean the slideway and lubricate

Check the voltage or use lower

speed

Add or change lubrication

Repair or change the bowl or

mixing device

Allow unit to cool down 30-60

minutes, reduce the batch size.
