Limited Warranty
Garmin'snon-aviationproductsarewarrantedtobefreefromdefects
inmaterialsorworkmanshipforoneyearfromthedateofpurchase.
Withinthisperiod,Garminwill,atitssoleoption,repairorreplaceany
componentsthatfailinnormaluse.Suchrepairsorreplacementwillbe
madeatnochargetothecustomerforpartsorlabor,providedthatthe
customershallberesponsibleforanytransportationcost.Thiswarranty
doesnotapplyto:(i)cosmeticdamage,suchasscratches,nicks
anddents;(ii)consumableparts,suchasbatteries,unlessproduct
damagehasoccurredduetoadefectinmaterialsorworkmanship;
(iii)damagecausedbyaccident,abuse,misuse,water,flood,fire,or
otheractsofnatureorexternalcauses;(iv)damagecausedbyservice
performedbyanyonewhoisnotanauthorizedserviceproviderof
Garmin;(v)damagetoaproductthathasbeenmodifiedoraltered
withoutthewrittenpermissionofGarmin;or(vi)damagetoaproduct
thathasbeenconnectedtopowerand/ordatacablesthatarenot
suppliedbyGarmin.Inaddition,Garminreservestherighttorefuse
warrantyclaimsagainstproductsorservicesthatareobtainedand/
orusedincontraventionofthelawsofanycountry.Thisproductis
intendedtobeusedonlyasatravelaidandmustnotbeusedforany
purposerequiringprecisemeasurementofdirection,distance,location
ortopography.Garminmakesnowarrantyastotheaccuracyor

REMEDYSHALLBEYOURSOLEANDEXCLUSIVEREMEDYFOR
ANYBREACHOFWARRANTY.

dealerorcallGarminProductSupportforshippinginstructionsand
anRMAtrackingnumber.Securelypackthedeviceandacopyofthe
originalsalesreceipt,whichisrequiredastheproofofpurchasefor
