What to do if...
If the display shows an alarm code, not described in the chart, contact your Customer Care
Centre.
When you contact the Customer Care Centre you will need to give some details of the ap-
pliance that can be found on the rating plate (e.g. model number, serial number, product
number). We recommend that you record these details.
The washing results and drying results are not satisfactory
Problem
The dishes are not clean.
Limescale particles on the
dishes
There are streaks, milky stains,
or a bluish layer on glasses and
dishes.
Dry water drop stains on
glasses and dishes.
The dishes are wet.
The dishes are wet and dull.
Possible cause
The selected washing program
was not suitable for the type of
load and soil.
The baskets were not loaded
correctly, water did not touch
all surfaces.
The spray arms could not turn
freely because of incorrect ar-
rangement of the load.
The filters are dirty or not as-
sembled and installed correctly.
The quantity of detergent was
not sufficient or missing.
The salt container is empty.
The water softener is adjusted
on a wrong level.
The salt container cap is not
closed correctly.
Rinse aid dosage is too high.
Rinse aid dosage is too low.
The detergent can be the
cause.
You have set a washing pro-
gram without drying phase or
with a decreased drying phase.
The rinse aid dispenser is emp-
ty.
Possible solution
Make sure that the washing
program is suitable for the type
of load and soil.
Load the baskets correctly.
Make sure that an incorrect ar-
rangement of the load does not
cause a blockage of the spray
arms.
Make sure that the filters are
clean and correctly assembled
and installed.
Make sure that the quantity of
detergent is sufficient.
Fill the salt container with salt
for dishwashers.
Adjust the level of the water
softener.
Ensure that the salt container
cap is correctly closed.
Decrease the rinse aid dosage.
Increase the rinse aid dosage.
Use a different brand of deter-
gent.
Let the door stay ajar for some
minutes before you remove the
dishes.
Fill the rinse aid dispenser with
rinse aid.
