If something is still wrong with your appliance after you
have been through the ‚Something Wrong' list:
1. Switch off and unplug the appliance from the mains.
2. Call your nearest Service Office or local importer.
When you contact us we will want to know the following:
1. Your name, address and postcode.
2. Your telephone number.
3. Clear and concise details of the fault.
4. The Model number and the Serial number of your
appliance.
5. The date of purchase (please keep the receipt as
evidence will be required when an engineer calls)

Please remember your new appliance is a complex piece
of equipment.
‚DIY' repairs or unqualified and untrained service people
may put you in danger, could damage the appliance and
might mean you lose cover under the Parts Guarantee.

take risks, call in our Service Engineer. Our Parts are
designed exclusively to fit your appliance. Do not use
them for any other purpose as you may create a safety
hazard.

your product carefully and safely. Remove all doors and
lids. Remove the mains cable (where fitted) by cutting

plug is left in a condition where it could be connected to
