Symptoms

GENERAL FUNCTION

1. Functions are not

working.

2. Power light is not on.

3. Seat is loose.

4. Water does not spray

out of nozzles.

CLEANING FUNCTIONS

1. No water flow.

Probable Causes

A. A power failure occurred.

B. The power cord is dis-

connected.

C. The LED power indica-

tor is off.

A. Power cord may be

loose or disconnected.

B. Ground-Fault Circuit

Interrupt (GFCI) may be

tripped.

C. Circuit breaker has been

tripped.

D. None of the above

actions correct the

symptom.

A. Screws and nuts are

loose.

A. Seat does not detect

user.

B. Water supply stop clo-

sed.

A. The water supply stop is

closed.

B. The seat sensor is not

detecting the user.

Recommended Action

A. Wait until the power is

restored.

B. Insert the power cord

into an electrical outlet.

C. Press the « power » icon.

A. Check the power cord

connection.

reset the GFCI.
