1. Remove the gurney attachment from the shipping box and compare to the figure below.

Familiarize yourself with the product and its features before installation and/or operation.

2. To install the extension tubes, find the alignment blocks (2) and the supplied hardware as shown

below. Install the extension tubes on either end of the attachment. Tighten the cap-screws with

a 3/16" hex wrench (not included).
