Blocked Drain – The Red LED will flash, the audible alarm will sound, and the LCD
will display "Blocked Drain", which indicates the water level in the pump reservoir is
abnormally high. This could be due to the following:
•
Kinked or pinched drain hose
•
Excessive lift (drain hose higher than 19 feet)
•
Male drain hose fitting is partially or fully disconnected
•
Unit was unplugged, and manual purge was not performed 15 minutes after unit
was last shut off. Upon restoration of power, reservoir may be quite full.
•
Pump motor failure
•
Pump main float switch failure
•
Pump discharge hose blocked
Identify and correct the cause, and re-start the unit.
Too Cold - The Red LED will flash, the audible alarm will sound, and the LCD will
display "Too Cold" which indicates that the ambient temperature conditions are too cold,
and/or the humidity load is too low, to either maintain acceptable compressor conditions,
or to maintain acceptable complete defrost cycles.
FILTER REPLACEMENT
The air filter is a high efficiency MERV-8 rated filter and can be easily replaced – please order
Part Number AT100-1712. Access to the air filter is provided by opening the hinged inlet grille.
Pry up one side of the filter skirt with a finger, and then remove the entire filter. As long as the
unit has not been tampered with, and all panels are in place, the unit has been designed to
allow the filter to be changed without exposing the operator to mechanical or electrical hazards.
The original equipment high efficiency pleated air filter is rated MERV-8, and has been
specifically designed to allow the unit to remain clean internally, and perform to published
ratings. The filters are not reusable, therefore please do not attempt to clean and reuse them.
Replacement frequency is very subjective, as it depends on the cleanliness of the job site air, as
well the duration of use.
CAUTION: Abatement Technologies AT100S units are designed to meet or exceed safety
and performance standards for LGR dehumidification equipment. Use only Abatement
Technologies genuine parts, including replacement filters. Use of non-Abatement
Technologies parts, including replacement filters voids the product warranty and all
performance claims.
EXTERNAL DUCTING
External ducting can be applied to the optional 10" dehumidifier air discharge collar. The ducting
enables the dry air to be discharged to a location more remote from the unit's air intake for
those instances where it is advantageous to do so. The maximum duct length will depend on the
type of ducting used, but in any case, should not cause the pressure at the outlet, external to
the unit, to exceed 0.15" water column external static pressure.
