Safety Information
In order to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, and/or injury to persons when using
the electrical appliance, it is important to follow these basic safety precautions:
•
Intended for use ONLY as a massage table warmer. This is NOT a blanket. This is NOT a heater.
•
Not intended for use with pets.
•
Unfold completely for proper use.
•
Check table warmer frequently to ensure it is NOT bunched or folded as this could cause excess heat
and result in injury or fire.
•
If your table warmer does not function properly, discontinue use immediately and consult the manu-
facturer or distributor.
•
Regularly inspect the cord, plug, power supply and table warmer for damages. If damaged, discon-
tinue use immediately and consult the manufacturer or distributor.
•
If using an adjustable height massage table, make sure the cord cannot be caught.
•
Pad should NOT hang over the edge of massage table.
•
Do not leave disabled persons, infants, or young children unattended while in use.
•
Long applications on the high setting can result in skin irritation or burns.
•
Keep control unit away from open windows.
•
Do not pierce with sharp objects.
•
Use table warmer only on an alternating current supply circuit of correct voltage.
•
Keep the flexible power supply and switch (as much as possible) off the top of the table.
•
Unplug the unit at the power outlet when not in use.
NOTE: The electrical specifications of the table warmer are:

North America: 120V, 90W, 60Hz
•
Europe/Asia: 220V, 90W, 50Hz
Care & Maintenance
To avoid damaging your table warmer, carefully read and follow the instructions
below
•
DO NOT DRY-CLEAN! Cleaning liquids can deteriorate the insulation and/or covering of the heating unit.
•
DO NOT IRON
•
DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY
•
SPOT CLEAN ONLY - see instructions below
Spot Cleaning Instructions
1.
Before cleaning, ensure the control is set to the "Off" position and the plug is removed from the wall
socket.
2.
Sponge the soiled area using lukewarm water and mild detergent or soap.
3.
Follow with a sponging of clean water. To remove excess water, compress the wet area between dry
absorbent towels.
Storage Instructions
•
Fold neatly and loosely, without sharp bends in the heating element.
•
DO NOT place objects on top of you massage table warmer.
•
DO NOT ROLL.
Hassle-Free One Year Warranty
Our accessories are warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is limited
to product repair or replacement, at Earthlite's sole discretion. Warranty claims must provide proof of pur-
chase in order to obtain an Earthlite Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact Earthlite custom-
er service at (760) 599-1112 to obtain warranty support. Earthlite may require, at its discretion, customer to
ship the product(s) back to the factory (at customer's expense) for any warranty claim. Earthlite will return
the warranted product, shipping prepaid, to customers in the continental U.S. International customers as
well as domestic customers outside of the continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges (inbound
and outbound), as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
