How the dryer works
After a programme has started warm
air is blown into the drum to dry the
laundry.
– The indicator lights in the SE-
QUENCE display show which stage
has been reached in the programme.
The sensitive system automatically
adjusts drying to suit the water
quality. The water conductivity is
measured and registered by the con-
trol which then compensates to
achieve a uniform residual moisture
level. The Novotronic control offers 9
programmes with electronic moisture
measuring and 2 timed pro-
grammes.
The automatic reversing action turns
the drum clockwise and anti-clock-
wise to loosen the laundry and pre-
vent damp patches and thus ensure
even drying results.
The laundry is allowed to cool down
once the required degree of drying has
been reached.
If the door is not opened when the end
of a programme has been reached,
(the SEQUENCE indicator light "Anti-
crease / finish" comes on) the anti-
crease action period begins. The drum
turns intermittently to prevent creases
and folds forming in the laundry.

Brief instructions
If you are not familiar with using a
tumble dryer, please read the sec-
tions on "Warning and Safety" and
also "Notes on laundry care" before
using for the first time.
Place the plug in the electricity socket.

Switch on by pressing the
"I-On/0-Off" pushbutton.

Press the "Door" pushbutton to
open the door.

Place the laundry loosely in the
drum.

Swing the door gently shut
– do not push on it to shut it.

Turn the PROGRAMME selector to
the drying level you require.

It is possible in addition to select:
– "low temperature" and/or
– "buzzer".

Press the "Start" pushbutton to
begin drying.
