Installing a spool gun on the Millermatic DVI-2 requires ordering and installing field kit 300 338.
Installing a spool gun on the Millermatic 185 or Ironman 210, or Ironman 250 requires ordering and installing field kit
207 642 consisting of a toggle switch assembly and gas diverter valve.
Installing a spool gun on the Ironman 250 (Eff w/Serial No. LA135884) requires ordering and installing field kit 207 642
consisting of a toggle switch assembly and gas diverter valve. The Ironman 250 prior to Serial No. LA135884 requires
the SGA 100.
Installing a spool gun on the Millermatic 185 previous to serial no. KH376829 requires ordering and installing retrofit kit
186 871 and field kit 207 642.
The SGA 100 or 100C spool gun adapter is needed for installation on other MIG or engine driven welding power
sources.
