TROUBLESHOOTING

Pump won't turn ON.
Check that plug is
plugged into an outlet
with power. There should
be a red light on the
GFCI if there is power.
Try resetting it.
Still nothing?

Basin Not Draining
Stop The CINK and allow
water to drain. Check that
all 3 O-rings (on lids
and blue filter) are intact
and unobstructed.
Was extra water
added to The CINK?
Remove excess water
and try again.
Pump Issues
Low Pressure/Humming.
When valve is OPEN, does
any water come out?
Yes
Check and ensure all lids
and big blue filter are
STRAIGHT and TIGHT
and all 3 O-rings intact
and unobstructed.
