User Manual JetSleeve™ 2.0

Thank you for choosing JetSleeve™2.0, a high-quality product to achieve the

best accuracy and performance at the cutting edge. In order to guarantee the

longevity and functionality of these chucks, the following instructions must be

followed closely:



the nozzle ring must not be removed for shrinking in and out



standard parameters must be used for shrinking



if you remove the nozzle ring for maintenance, tighten it to 20 Nm



for using the JetSleeve

least 40 bar (580 psi) operating pressure. Note that a filter with a fineness between 5μm and 50μm is

necessary



the maximum operating pressure of 150 bar (2175 psi) must not be exceeded



Before storing, clean and lightly oil the toolholder

Before use, check the nozzles for continuity



Attention: Tools with Ø20mm have a reinforced outer contour which can only be shrunk with the

shrinking devices HS1100-P, ISG3410-WK, -TLK, -TWK

Recommendation

For convenient mounting of the nozzle ring we recommend the Diebold multi-nut

(item no. 74.312.025). For this you need the torque wrench (item no. 74.310.025

or item no. 74.310.200), with square 1/ 2" connection.

2.0 with cooling lubrication emulsion, you need a high-pressure pump with at

2.0 MMS / ATS, the nozzle ring should never be removed
