Calibrating the objective
It's not necessary to recalibrate the objectives that have already been
calibrated. For more information on the calibration processes, see the
software's help document.
1. Rotate the coarse focus adjustment knob to move the stage as high
as it will go.
2. Perform the following calibration processes for the newly installed
objective:
