AXMINSTER O' DONNELL JAWS
Designed to give access around the jaws for
close-in tool work. With a deep recess for
holding long spigots and giving a solid
mounting when turning a long way from the
headstock, without tailstock support. The jaws
are also dovetailed both inside and outside on
the lip.

The extended-
nose O'Donnell
jaws give good
access to the
work whilst
keeping it at a
safe distance
from the chuck.
Three gripping
features are
provided.
This version of
our popular
small dovetail
jaws is ideal for
gripping the
bases of small
bowls, goblets,
egg cups and so
on. Also fits the
100mm chucks.
A convenient
way of
mounting a
screw chuck
into the lathe without having to remove the chuck. This version
has a stepped mounting plate which fits securely into the
corresponding recess in the Dove C 80 Jaws. A replaceable
stainless steel parallel screw mounted onto a boss which fits into
the appropriate set of dovetail jaws. Three sizes available
SCREWA to fit 'A' Type Dovetails & SCREWC to fit 'C' Type Dovetails.

AXMINSTER GRIPPER JAWS
The gripper jaw with
serrations on all the
gripping surfaces
gives excellent grip
on a whole range of
projects.
These are available
as internal and
external grip (as
shown) giving a
range of either
round or square section work to be held from
1/8" to 4" . It should be noted when gripping
larger diameter workpieces that care should be
taken to avoid protruding jaws.

AXMINSTER FACEPLATE RING
This faceplate has
an internal chamfer
which matches the
dovetail on the Dove
C 80mm Jaws. The
ring is attached to
the timber with
woodscrews, placed
on the chuck and
the jaws will open
up to grip it firmly in
place. Using a faceplate ring means that the
chuck does not have to be removed
from the lathe when faceplate turning.
Made to match the dovetail jaws these
rings do away with the need for a faceplate on
which to mount a bowl blank prior to turning.
