4 Instructions
soak the board in water for around one hour
Season the salmon (leave to soak for 1-2 hours)
Make a small fi re in the fi re bowl
Let the fi re burn through until a nice glow is created
attach the fi sh/fi llet to the fl ame-grilled salmon
board using the fl ame-grilled salmon bracket
Attach the fl aming salmon board on the fi re bowl
50-70 degree angle = cooking
80-90 degrees angle = heat function
Cook for 40-60 minutes
The salmon is ready to serve when the core temperature
reaches approx. 60 °C and protein begins to appear on the
surface

5.1 Attaching the food
Soak the board in water for ab-

the fi sh or fi llet in the middle of
the board with the skin side
down. Then attach it to the
board with the fl ame-grilled
salmon clasp, the three M5x70
bolts and three M5 wing nuts.
