2. Error Signal Check Steps And Solutions

2.1. 【SPEED ERROR】: Can not receive signal from speed sensor over 15 seconds while workout,

all windows display will off, all output will stop, and show【SPEED ERROR】.

※If this is a all new product that just finished assemble, there are more possibly in assemble

problems, maybe connect wire not well or wire damaged while assemble.

Determine & Solution:

System overload,

protector tripped,

need to maintenance

or replace the running

belt and deck.

Show SPEED ERROR

Turn OFF the AC power

and wait 10 seconds then

turn ON the AC power.

Press START

Do the running belt moved?

Yes

Does SPEED ERROR shown?

Yes

Speed Feedback system program,

if happen regularly, replace the

speed sensor.

Open the motor cover then

turn ON the AC power, press

START to begin and check

the pilot lamp on motor

driver. Did the LED1 lights

up?

Yes

Console PCB damaged,

replace it.

Model: M6 AC

Motor driver

damaged, replace

it.
