HOW TO INSTALL THE CABINET:
1 . Remove all packing material from inside the
cabinet .
2 . Clean and sanitize the interior of the cabinet .
See instructions on how to clean on page 4 .
3 . INSTALL ALL ANGLES BEFORE UNIT IS
TURNED ON
4 . Place unit near correct NEMA receptacle . Allow
adequate clearance in front and rear for airflow.
Avoid placing unit near heat sources or equipment
which gives off excessive heat.
HOW TO START:
1 . Plug power cord into correct wall outlet .
2 . Press power switch "ON" . Switch will illuminate
and temperature control will turn on .
3 . Control will display internal cabinet temperature .
4 . Pre-chill the cabinet for at least 1 hour before
loading food .

NOTE: DO NOT PUT HOT FOOD INTO
COLD CABINET.
HOW TO OPERATE:
1 . The controller will always display actual internal
cabinet temperature .
2 . Temperature setpoint has been pre-set at the
factory for optimal operation of the refrigerated
cabinet . No adjustment should be necessary .
3 . If any adjustment of temp setpoint is required:
a . To view the setpoint:
1 . Push and release SET button .
2 . Display will show the value for 5 seconds .
3 . Press SET button again or wait 5 seconds to
return to the normal display .
