• Clearing CHILD LOCK cannot be done via MENU.
• When CHILD LOCK is "ON"
(i) Only
(ii) Sound is mute.
(iii) If you forget your password, please input "2398" to reset.
Clearing the CHILD LOCK mode
While "CHILD LOCK ON" screen is
appeared.

Press any buttons (except
) to display "PLEASE
INPUT PASSWORD" screen.

Enter 4 digits PASSWORD using
Number buttons (0-9) on the
remote control.
(For example : 1234)
• Press
number.

The CHILD LOCK mode setting
screen will appear as shown on
the right.
Press
select "ON" or "OFF".
• ON : Each time the TV is turned
OFF and ON again, the CHILD
LOCK mode is activated.
To clear the CHILD LOCK mode, repeat step 2 above with
previous password.
• OFF : CHILD LOCK mode will be deactivated.

The "CHILD LOCK OFF" screen
will appear.
• If other key than
pressed, "CHILD LOCK OFF" will
not be displayed on the screen.
If the wrong PASSWORD is
entered, "PASSWORD
INCORRECT" screen will appear
for approximately 4 seconds.
Then "PLEASE INPUT
PASSWORD" screen will appear
again. Repeat step 2 to enter the
correct PASSWORD.
