Fault Phenomenon
All functions of the battery
become invalid, and the
red light goes out.
The loads can't work,
red light goes out.
The loads can't work, and
the red light is on.
The battery being charged
after completely discharge,
and the yellow light flashes.
If connected to a load, the
battery discharges soon.
The red light is on.
The battery can't be
charged. The yellow light
has no bright or shining
during the charge.
P.S.: If the working voltage of battery is more than 12.5V, the loads output power, and
the battery continuously discharge to 11.1V±0.2V, it will turn into undervoltage
condition then, the loads would be cut down, the undervoltage indicator light (red light)
goes on. And if you turn on the main switch when the battery voltage is 11.1V-12.5V, to
protect the battery, it will turn into undervoltage condition and the loads have no output,
should charge the battery immediately until its voltage is more than 12.5V, the
undervoltage indicator light will go out. The loads can work again.
Please do not use components from other suppliers for replacement without our
allowance, as this may cause damage to the lighting system.
IMPORTANT: For long-term storage, the battery should be connected to a battery
tender or discharged and charged once two months. Or the battery may work
improperly.
Probable Cause
The connectors are loose,
and it causes the parts to
fall off.
The battery voltage is
lower than 10V. The battery
is damaged.
The main switch on the
battery box is not turned
on.
The load switch of light is
not turned on.
The battery voltage is
lower than 11.1V. It enters
the state of protection.
To prevent from
overcurrent or short
circuit.
Estimate the open-circuit
voltage of battery, if it's
lower than 10V. The
battery is damaged.
The main switch is not
turned on.
The connector of solar
panel is loose.
There is something wrong
with the panel. E.g. The
panel is covered.

Solution
The battery plug is in the
jar, press it tight and then
plug it tight again.
Replace the battery.
Turn on the main switch.
Turn on the switch of light.
Charge the battery in time.
If the battery voltage is
more than 12.4V, the red
light will go out. Then the
loads can work again.
Turn off the main switch,
troubleshoot problems,
and then turn on the main
switch.
Replace the battery.
Turn on the main switch.
