was set in the state

the right.

Things may be hitting the
shutter.

Solutions
(1)Please turn off the power first.
(2)Next, gently pull the platen toward the
front of the printer by your hands until
the things no longer hit the shutter.
(3)Then turn on the power again.
And when you printing, make sure that
the RIP setting and the platen selection
match the actual platen type.
