Power off the connected source and destina-
tion equipment before connecting any equip-
ment or cabling.
Test the Receiver with the Transmitter box
before installing permanently.
Locate the Receiver within 5 feet of an electri-
cal outlet for power.
A dedicated (not shared) network switch is
required to connect multiple Receiver boxes
(up to 8 total).
Use high quality HDMI cables in the shortest
length necessary.
All cabling must use TIA/EIA 568-B wiring
Cat 6 certified cabling provides the best perfor-
mance. Operates up to 125 feet over Cat 5e
The IR Receiver (IR-R) cable face must be
positioned to have line of sight for a hand-held
remote.
