The tape does not record.

The tape does not erase completely.

Locate the antennas as far away from the speaker
cords as possible.

Consult your nearest Sony dealer if the supplied
AM antenna has come off the plastic stand.

Try turmng off surrounding
electrical

A stereo

be received

stereo.

Press STEREO/MONO
so that "STEREO"
appears.
If other
troubles
not described
above
occur,
reset the system
as follows:

Unplug
the power
cord.
2 Plug the power
cord
back
In.
3 Press
I/b
to turn on the system.
4 Press
W, CLEAR,
and DISPLAY
at the
same
time.
The system IS reset to the factory settings. All
the settings you made are cleared. Be sure to
restore all necessary settings.
One of the following messages may appear or
flash m the display durmg operation.
NO DISC
l
There IS no CD m the disc slot.
OVER
* You have reached the end of the CD.
