MAINTENANCE

Avoiding any exposure to extreme heat or coldness. Your scale works better when operated at normal room

temperature. Always allow the scale to acclimate to normal room temperature for at least one hour before

using.

Keep your scale in a clean environment. Dust, dirt, moisture, vibration, air currents and close distance to

other electronic equipment may cause an adverse effect on the reliability and accuracy of your scale.

Handle the scale with care. Gently apply all items to be weighed onto tray top. Although this scale is

designed to be quite durable, try to avoid rough treatment as this may permanently damage the internal

parts. Avoid shaking or dropping the scale. This is a precision instrument and must be handled with

extreme care.

HOW TO CALIBRATE THE SCALE

Although your scale was calibrated before shipping, due to different gravity in different part of the globe, a

from-time-to-time calibration will keep your scale always accurate.

Turn on the scale, after the scale display "0,0",

Press and hold the "M" for 5 seconds, the scale will show "CAL", release the button and press the

"M" again, the scale will display the required weight for the calibration,

Place the weight on the center of the platform and the scale will show "PASS", then the calibration

finished.
