Direct Connect calls are calls between two people.
Make and answer Direct Connect calls
To
make
a Direct Connect call:

Touch

recipient's DC (Direct Connect)
number.

To talk, press and hold the DC (Direct Connect) Button.
To listen, release the DC Button.
