Turn the unit on with manual control or optional thermostat. The uni t takes approximately 10-15 minutes to reach
maximum cooling capacity.
Caution: Make certain all connections are secure. Fuses are located on the front unit. If the unit fails to turn on,
check to see that all fuse's are good. NEVER operate unit without top cover in place!! Improper Servicing can lead
to fire, electrocution, or explosion. Never service, repair or troubleshoot a system unless you are a professional
service person. Bi monthly check internal flexible lines for leaks and repair or replace if necessary. When the unit is
not being used for a few days trip the circuit breaker to cut power to the unit to prevent battery drain.
Qty. 4 3/8" 4 gauge ring terminals
Qty.2 1/4" 4 gauge ring terminals for circuit breaker connection
4 gauge red and black power cable (no longer than 7 feet) bigger runs require larger wire.
Circuit Breaker or fuse at battery:
For S models Blue Sea 50 amp #7139
For L models Blue Sea 70 amp #7141
* 4 Gauge power and ground wire. Solder, crimp and heat shrink 3/8" terminals
