Connecting the system components

Use the supplied system cable to connect the TO
AMPLIFIER jack on the CD Tuner Deck to the XC-
IS22CD jack on the power amplifier (see right).

Use the supplied RCA pin-plug stereo cable to
connect the AUDIO OUT jacks on the CD Tuner
Deck to the L and R jacks on the power amplifier (see
right).
Connect the white plug to the L (left) jack at either end, and the
red plug to the R (right) jack. Make sure the plugs are pushed in
completely.

Important
Before making or changing any rear panel connections, make
sure that all the components are switched off and unplugged
from the power supply.
Speaker caution!
Do not connect any of the supplied speakers to any other
amplifier. This may result in malfunction or fire.
These speakers are not magnetically shielded, and may cause
color noise or distortion when placed near a television set. If this
occurs, move the speakers farther away.
