NOTE:
tf the DISC SET button or the TRACK SET button is not pressed in 5
seconds after the digit buttons are pressed, the display returns to the
previous mode.
•
When the disc is selected with the digit buttons and the RAN DOM
button in the SINGLE mode, the single random playback resumes
with the specified disc.
•
In the CUSTOM mode, only the selected discs are searched for.
If discs other than selected discs are searched for in CUSTOM
playback mode, ' ....
no" is displayed for about 3 seconds while
the CUSTOM indicator blinks.

The player searches for the specified disc and playback starts from
the beginning of that disc.
Press the DISC -/+ button.
If a disc is searched for in the stop
mode, press I_ to resume playback.
•
When DISC +, or DISC-is
kept pressed, the player automatically
searches for the disc number upward or downward.
•
Pressing " DISC -" on disc No. 1 searches
for disc No. 100.
Pressing" DISC + "on disc No. 100 searches for disc No. 1.
•
The searching speed becomes faster when the button is kept
pressed.
•
The TIME display changes to the DISC display during search. After
the search operation is finished, the display returns to the TIME
display.
Track
search

is pressed once, playback advances to the
beginning
of the next
track.

playback advances to successive tracks on the disc.

being played, tf you press once more in succession, playback returns
to the beginning of the previous track.

playback
returns to earlier tracks on the disc.
If the track is searched for in the stop mode, press
P-. Playback
starts from that track.

Pressing n during search enters the pause mode after the search
operation is finished.

pause mode after the search operation is finished.

passage
in playback or pause mode

the end of the disc.
When playback reaches the end of the disc,
the player enters pause mode and "End" is displayed.

is kept pressed, playback rapidly reverses toward the beginning
of the disc.
When the desired passage is reached, release I_

The player enters playback mode or pause mode where I_

During programmed play, playback starts automatically when you
reach the beginning of a track, even if you continue to hold down

button.

button is pressed during programmed
playback,
playback pauses at the position just before the next track.

is pressed in DISC/TRACK display mode,
the display changes to the TIME display.
When the button is
released, the display returns to the DISC/TRACK display.

Search speed is faster in pause mode than play mode. However,
no sound is output during the search.
