Thermostatic valve (*)
Mainly constituted by a body valve, a capillary pipe and a bulb. The body valve is
installed on the pipeline of the gas before the evaporator, and the bulb is
positioned on the outlet pipe of the evaporator. the valve of lamination has the
assignment to reduce the pressure of the R134a. It causes sudden expansion with
change of state: the liquid begins to evaporate. The complete evaporation
happens in the evaporator and so the cycle is closed.
Evaporator (*)
Inside the evaporator the fluid completes the passage of is from liquid to
vapor.
Evaporating absorbs heat from the air. The air "warm" taken by the
environment is carried on the evaporator through a fan. The air crossing
the evaporator heats the fluid. This air "cold" is expelled through the exit
of the air.
It is mandatory to clean the evaporator on an annual basis in order to
remove any dust or obstructions.
Sensors NTC (with tuning)
In case of errors of the sensors, excluding other possible causes, verify the correct tuning of the sensors measuring the value of
resistance at the terminals, with different values of temperature, and compare, it with the value brought in the chart below.
The hot water sensor measures the real temperature of the water available for picking from the reservoir.
