Problem

My BACtrack breathalyser won't connect

with my mobile device

I take a reading, the result appears, I

press OK and the ZeroLine results page

appears but then when I press 'Done'

nothing happens.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Solution

The BACtrack mobile breathalyser requires the

following speciﬁcations to connect and operate

correctly:

- Bluetooth 4.0 (for connectivity)

Plus one of the following:

- Android 4.3

- iPhone 4S and 5

- iPod Touch 5

- iPad 3

- iPad Mini

Check these speciﬁcations are available on your de-

vice.

Ensure Bluetooth is turned on in the device settings.

If so, then restart both the device and the BACtrack

mobile breathalyser and try to reconnect.

This can occur when your mobile device has WiFi

turned on but the internet is not connected. The

device is trying to store your results on our server but

hangs because it cannot obtain a connection. To over-

come this you will need to turn Data Storage off.

Select the settings symbol on the initial screen

then select Options > Data Storage > Turn off 'Store
